Hello!
I’m Jen, a physiotherapist and proud mum to one little one (and one beloved dog). My own pregnancy was a profound learning experience, opening my eyes to the joys and challenges many women face throughout pregnancy and childbirth. It inspired me to help make high-quality, accessible physiotherapy care available to more women. I strive to provide this in ways that feel genuinely safe, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
Women already face so many barriers to getting the care they deserve. My goal is to help break down some of those obstacles, one connection at a time. Since graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) from Curtin University, I’ve worked both in hospitals and the community, caring for children and adults alike. I also spent time as a clinical specialist supporting wheelchair users with complex needs, so I understand how important it is to feel comfortable and supported through all the positions and movements that being a new mum can bring!
Outside of work I love big adventures, like walking across America from Mexico to Canada on the Continental Divide Trail, riding 600km of Western Australia’s Munda Biddi on my bike, and exploring the forest hiking, trail running or mountain biking any chance I get. I truly love helping women move, live, and discover what lights up their lives, whatever that looks like for you.
